AFS is proud of its people and, while the latest technology is important to a collection agency’s effectiveness, a collection agency ultimately cannot perform any better than the people they employ.

Elizabeth “Liz” Miller, President – Liz has been with AFS since its inception and is responsible for maintaining existing client relations, overall operations, and system administration. Liz worked for another collection agency in various capacities and managed their Client Services Department before coming to AFS. Liz has years of collection experience and is a long standing member of the American Collector’s Association International.
