PRE-COLLECT PROGRAM:  Each program can be tailored to meet the client’s unique application.

BAD DEBT COLLECTIONS: All accounts are worked on a contingent basis. If we do not collect any money there is no fee charged. Additionally all accounts are worked from our call centers based in the United States and are never outsourced.

CREDIT REPORT: With the client approval, accounts may be placed with national credit-reporting agencies.

SKIP TRACING: AFS utilizes the industries top skip-tracing programs to ensure we do everything possible to locate our client’s patients.

MEDICAID ELIGIBILITY: AFS will search for Medicaid coverage on your uninsured bad debt accounts, verify the available coverage is applicable to your outstanding service, and file the claim to Medicaid on your behalf.

TRAINING: Our training programs cover Compliance, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, HIPAA, front/back office collections, policy implementation and mentoring. Best of all we provide these programs free of charge to our clients.
